Nygraedingur is a forest, slightly east of the Village Stodvarfjordur, The forest has been planted over a long period of time and is a community project made up of the local people of Stodvarfjordur.
People can enjoy strolling through the forest, by following paths which run through the forest. In the middle of the forest, there is a playground, and sundeck and a BBQ area, which everyone is free to use. We want to ask people to show causation while using flames, in case of starting a forest fire.
